Frequently Asked Questions
Can you help me?
Counselling allows you to discuss your problems and feelings in a confidential and safe environment, without being judged or criticised.
I will focus on you and listen to your concerns and help you to find out how you might be able to deal with your problems.
I also offer support to couples or family members who want to address constructively their relationship issues in a safe environment.
You should feel comfortable before you decide to begin the counselling journey.
A preliminary phone conversation to discuss your issues is useful to decide together the most appropriate way forward.
